WHAT IS MENETICS ?
It is a psychogenealogical theory dealing with the modern family patterns. It can be restricted to genealogical and family time only ; it is then called ‘restricted menetics theory’. It applies to ‘premodern’ family too and is then called ‘generalized menetics theory’ extended to original, ancestral and traditional societies, less automated.
Therefore they require their members to spend more time and energy to make these societies work. It explains the history move that encourages modernity and provokes simutaneously two opposite reactions : attraction and resistance to changes depending on cases.
ln order to broach the pattern of the ‘family robot’ or ‘invariant cybernetics’ coïncidences are the starting point of the theory in which they will be classified in three groups :

Factual coïncidences or coïncidences alpha : a child is born whlte one
of his grand-parents dies.

Chronological coïncidences or coïncidences beta : a 25 year-old woman gives
birth like her mother did at the same age.

Image coïncidences, resemblances between parents and children or coincidences Gamma :
example of a
child who looks like one of his parents dead or alive.
Thanks to these materials the theory will be build. The psychogenealogy has no theory of its own.lt keeps on accumulating with the passing years intervention, change practices and a growing number of observations regarding facts that human sciences gave up or disqualified such as the reproduction of scenarios from one generation to another.
